Upwork's email with errors in HTML/CSS code

Hi Upwork

I'm an email developer.

Yesterday I've received email "Upwork Ceritfication".

It doesnt look well on Outlook email client.

I could fix this. 

Can I get HTML/CSS certificate for fixing the error in HTML code?

Otherwise I would have to pass the exam but it takes about 2-3 h.
