Upwork tracker not tracking my work and screenshots are blank

Hello, please I need urgent help. I have been working but upwork tracker is not tracking my activities. Although the timer is reading but not reflecting on today's activity which means I'm not getting value for my work. I'm using chromebook. Please How can I solve this issue? Thank you

Thank you for reaching out. In some situations, you may be logging time, but your Work Diary doesn’t show a record of it. This happens because the Desktop App stops tracking time when you've gone idle or when it recognizes that there is no trackable activity, such as keystrokes or clicks.

If you were working during a period when the Desktop App recognized you as idle, you should discuss adding the time manually with your client.

However, keep in mind that adding that manual time even with the clients consent those hours you are claiming are not protected.
