Can I temporarily freeze my account if I'm going to take a vacation?
For example, when you finished with your last client and going to take a little break before the new one and keep your top rated badge.

Hi Anna,
Unfortunately, we don't have an option to freeze your account. But taking a vacation or break will not affect your account.
However, please keep in mind that your JSS is calculated on contracts in 6-12 and 24 months windows. Thank you.
