Advice for UK based freelancer

Hi all, I'm new here so would need some assistance please.
I'm a UK based individual, over here in UK we have the 'Self employed' option, and do our own taxes, I don't have an established business as we can act as a sole trader. Upwork is asking me to complete a form and include the 'Legal name of business' so how do I bypass completing this form? Would I add my own legal name on there since that's what would show up on tax documents? Many thanks

If you don't have a registered company please provide your full legal name in that field, along with your personal address. Check out this help article for more details.
