Just to clarify, a Full Stack Developer is someone who can handle both the front of a website (what you see) and the back (how it works).
This means if you hire a Full Stack Developer, you typically don't need other developers because we can manage both sides of building a website, from the look to the technical functions.

You can optimize the first part of your profile overview/summary by removing a few things:

"Expert Customer Support Leader & Call Center Manager"

"Greetings! I'm Fahad"

When clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-250 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your services) in this small space. You do not want to waste space repeating your title, using greetings, and repeating your name; clients can already see your name displayed on your profile.

The rest of your summary sounds good, but it needs to go further to convince clients to hire you. There are thousands of call center/sales support professionals on Upwork, so you need to give clients more reasons why they should choose you. For example:

• As a call center expert, talk about your speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and how you maintain quality standards.
• Provide a brief overview of the benefits of a "seamless call center experience" (e.g., optimizes operations, improves agent efficiency, helps reduce operational costs, better resolution rates, etc.)
• Talk about your ability to solve administrative and service problems (e.g., technical issues, compliance challenges, staffing shortages) and how you can adapt to changing or new requirements if necessary.

Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or a few screenshots that help demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

Capitalize the first letter of each word in your title; this will help it stand out: Expert Customer Support | Call Center Manager | Sales Support

Add short job descriptions to each job in your employment history. A job description is especially important when the job is highly relevant to the services you provide on Upwork. Upwork uses keywords in job titles and descriptions to match you with relevant jobs.

Add one or two Specialized Profiles that focus on more specific web development services or completely unrelated services. Having a specialized profile can help increase a freelancer's searchability.

There is good information in your overview/summary, but it does not go far enough to convince clients to hire you. I suggest starting your summary with an introductory statement like this:

Highly skilled Character Animator, Motion Designer, and 3D Content Creator with _______ years of experience developing 3D character animation. I bring digital characters to life using movement and 3D modeling to make them relatable and expressive.

Then, you must give more details about your ability to meet a client's needs; meaning, what value do you bring and why should a client spend money to hire you.

It is very important for a 3D character animator to have a portfolio. Add a portfolio to show samples of previous work or to demonstrate your skills. The portfolio is a chance to make a positive first impression on potential clients, and all clients seeking a 3D character animator will expect to see several items in your portfolio. If you don’t have relevant examples to add to your portfolio, you can create items that demonstrate your skills.

Also, you should change your profile photo. The picture in your photo should be a close-up image of your head and shoulders that clearly shows your face. Read through Upwork's best practices for How to Choose A Good Profile Picture.

I think you would do better with a narrative approach that walks people through the steps you take to help them. 

That would be something like

"I am an cyberspace security specialist who can help you ______________________________ (avoid scams and viruses, keep your company secrets private ... etc.)

"I start with a through assessement of your current security systems. Then, I ...."

I think that narrative approach will help, partly because you are very young. I immediately cannot be sure you are as good as you say you are. However, if you walk clients throughy what you do step by step, I think clients would come away thinking, "Hey, this guy seems to know what he's doing."

One thing I did not like in your profile is your openning sentence. You start with, "In the realm of In the realm of digital security, your peace of mind is paramount."

Clients who are looking at your profile already know that security is important. That is the reason they are reading your profile. So, why are you telling them what they already know? To me, this comes across as pandering. 

In the rest of your write-up you would be more convincing if you wrote about some of your past projects. I can't tell if you helped a school buddy download an anti-virus program or if you actually helped businesses with large networks tighten up their digital defenses. 

If you wrote about a previous job you did, that, also, would help raise your credibility.

None of these ideas are deal-breakers. By and large, your profile looks pretty solid.

Here are a few things you can do to help improve your profile:

Title: Your title should be focused on a specific skill area or related skill areas. I recommend something like: Resume Writing CV, Cover Letter & LinkedIn Optimization

Overview/Summary: Remove ":small_blue_diamond: 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞!" and remove the other emojis from your second paragraph. Here's why: when clients search for freelancers, only the first 200-250 characters of your summary are shown. This means you have very little space (approximately two short sentences) to get their attention. You want clients to see their goals (your resume services) in this small space. You do not want to waste space with greetings and emojis or any other unnecessary characters/text.
