How can I know that my profile is approved?

Hello,

1. I would like to know if my profile has been aprroved....?
2. Can you not have a status marker in the profile information so new users know whether or not they have been approved?

At the top of the home page it shows:

Congratulations! You're now part of Upwork!

I have resubmitted my profile over and over it always comes back with the message saying i need to fix my profile. it says to check my email for a message about how to fix it, but i never receive the email telling me what's wrong. i feel like i just keep guessing wrong the answers on fixing. please help
