Hello!
I hope I am in the correct place to ask this question since I was directed to you from a bot on chat. I joined Upwork today. I added my profile name as my "nickname", shortened name. When I added my payment method I added my "full name" and received an error that my payment was deactivated due to different names. I have since edited my profile name to be my full name so that they match. I should have done that to begin with, but I didn't realize there would be an issue. What shall I do to resolve this? Will updating my profile name sort this out?
