Hi everyone, today I wanted to upgrade my freelancer account from a 'Free Basic' membership to a 'Plus' membership plan, my account was charged with the 10$ fees but on Upwork I got a 'payment rejected' message and of course my account didnt upgrade.
How can I contact the admins since I did not find any link/email to request help!
The first payment was succesfully made and I can see the receip with operation number and stuff ( it contains "MembeUpwork.com" so no doubt). I'll let you know about the second transaction.
There may be two payments because I tried twice and got the "payment rejected" message twice.
