Problem with identity verification (Egypt)

Hello,
I'm currently requested to verify my identity using using a passport or a visa as i'm from Egypt
at this point i don't have a valid passport (mine is expired) and no visa as i'm an Egyptian citizen
can this be done with my governmental ID, Driving license, or the expired passport

i've already done the webcam video verification but it seems that it's not enough

and it's said in this page

that funds can be returned to the client if i'm unable to verify my identity

if it's not possible to verify using my governmental id and i have to do it with a passport, is there a way to extend or know the deadline to do this as passport renewal in Egypt can be a lengthy process

Hello Goran,

the ticket has been open for 4 days now.

i'm not sure if there's a problem or if this is normal

i just want to make sure that i can verify my identity without having to renew my passport

and if not, start renewing it to avoid any problems that can happen if my identity stays unverified
