Profile Update

Hello,

I'm trying to create my profile and I can't seem to add my education. I don't know why the issue is occurring. I entered the details and it doesn't seem to register.

Hi Trisha,

I think I had a similar issue when I was setting up my account.  Looking at your screenshot it doesn't look like is saved the school you attended to obtain your degree.  I thought when I did mine it did the same thing and after I reentered the school name I was able to save it.  Not sure if that will help you or not but I would try that.

Thank you so much for the response. I just didn't add the school name in the screenshot, I entered all the required info and it wouldn't go through. It is still not working.
