Getting this error:
Unfortunately, you cannot submit a proposal for this job post because it requires location verification. Based on your previous attempts, you are currently not eligible to verify your location. Please contact customer support.
I had uploaded the driver's id once but it said verification failed.
I need help on this.
Please help me resolve the issue.

I'm trying to verify my location so I can submit proposals but my license has expired and I have none of the other permissible government issued IDs. How can I verify I live in the United States?

Easy. Just renew your license. Most states will even let you do that over the internet or by mail.

Hi Ehren, Janean is right, just renew your license. If you don't have any other governement ID's or your license is expired, you cannot be verified. Thanks.

Hello,
I am a new freelancer on upwork and i was asked to verify my location. I tried to verify my location using my DL but i received the email from upwork support team today that they could not athenticate the id i uploaded and my accout in on hold.

Yes I was trying to upload my ID, because I'm seeking US Jobs and it rejected me. I tried to use my old alabama ID because it has the mathcing address but it rejected me can someone please help me resolve this?

I've been trying to upload a .png of my ID for verification, but for some reason I've been getting an error regarding a name mismatch.The name on my ID is formatted as LAST FIRST MIDDLE so I don't understand the issue. Now the US only page shows "You've reached the maximum number of tries for uploading your ID. "

I exceeded my allowed number of attempts to upload my photo ID. How do I reinitiate uploading my picture?
I also can't submit any proposals to jobs, the button 'submit proposal' is 'grey' and not clickable. Can I not apply for jobs because my ID isn't verified?

The error message told me to contact support and it led me here.

I submitted my driver's license but I guess the photo was upside down. I emailed support and they got back to me with a survey of how their support was rather than actually giving any support. Help! I just need my ID verified.
