I am having big problems with the account of one of the members of my agency. He is working on a hourly contract at the moment. Good evening, dear support!
Apparently, there was some mistake, because this morning I noticed that my account was banned - "Your account has been suspended. Please contact support".
On March 27 (5 days ago) I received an email that I needed to verify my residency - I sent all the necessary paperwork.
I sent all the documents on time and checked more than once to make sure the data I filled out was correct.
Also before that, I sent my passport and went through facial verification.
I think there must be some mistake, please review my application and documents. I need to get back to work with my client soon.
