Amount not received on Upwork

Hi team,

 

It's been over 48 hours. Already have raised a ticket but still no response.

 

I added amount from my card on Upwork($65) and my amount was also decuted from card to Upwork but it's still not reflecting on Upwork.

 

Please help. It was my first time I added amount to hire someone from Upwork.
