Feedback is not showing on my profile

One of my job feedback and rating is not visible on my profile but I have checked the contract detail page the client did provide the rating and feedback.

Hello, I have a problem. I did my first job on September 24, but the work has not appeared in my profile in the "work history". Or will it appear on the same day when the money is credited to the upwork balance?

Hi Artur,

Contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. Contracts not meeting this minimum are hidden from your profile and excluded from your work and feedback history.

The order was for $5. Or will it show up when the money comes into the upwork balance? Cause right now it's just pending.

Yes, your job will appear on your Upwork profile up to 24 hours after your earnings are processed on the contract. For Fixed-Price Contracts, this means after payment for the first milestone has been released.

Congratulations on completing a job recently! Usually, it takes up to 24 hours for the job to appear on your Upwork profile after a minimum of $1 payment is successfully processed. I checked the job you are referring to and I see that it is already appearing on your Upwork profile now.

I won one job on last Sunday, but it doesn't show it under - work in progess - on my profile page.

Client already funded the escrow, so it is not an issue.

Hi Shahil,

This is by design. Your Fixed-Price jobs will appear in the "In progress" section of your "Work History" once the client has paid at least $1 on your contract. In other words, the job in question should appear on your public profile in the following 24 hours after your client releases your escrow payment.

It has been 2 weeks my total jobs is not updating yet and even the job success score also. I don't know what to do. Is there anyone who can help!??

Hi Amrit,

I've refreshed your profile, and the number of completed jobs should now be updated. Regarding your JSS, I can confirm that the number you see on your end is accurate. Remember that your JSS is updated every two weeks, and its last update was on Sept. 17. You can see this article for more information.

I recently completed a job, and I believe its already almost 24 hrs after the contract has completed.

The total earnings show on the profile, but the Work history did not update with the client's review.

Update: It already is updated. Maybe takes time or someone update manually upon seeing my post.

Hello,

I've done my work, client are already released payment, but their feedback is not showing on my profile. I've check in my profile it's already showing my first earning and the total job but the work history and feed back is not shown. Then I check my contract activity I'm sure they already sent me a feedback. I checked in their recent work history I saw my feedback and their feedback for me.
