I am not able to log in into my other account cause when I go and try I receive this error message when I have already used my account and posted jobs "You have not activated the Google sign in method for this account. Please choose another sign in method for this email address."

Whenever I try to reset the Upwork password it takes me to a blank page which is attached,
I can log in fine with my google credentials, but the upwork password. for some reason is incorrect. I know my security question, but the password reset page is just blank. Any one can fix this?

I managed to reset it. I had to update my security question and only then did it take me to the reset password page and sent it to my email. This problem is solved. Appreciate the feedback.

I am using Ubuntu 22.04, I have installed upwork desktop application upwork_5.8.0.24.

Hello, yesterday i create another upwork account with different email address, and everything went well until I was able to submit proposals for several jobs, but this morning when I tried to log in with that account I got the message "Oops! Username is incorrect." even though I know that the email I entered is correct.
I have tried to contact CS with the get support feature, but the one who answered was a robot and don't get any solutions.

I am trying to enter my security answer, but I made a mistake because of the keyboard, and when I tried to reset the security answer, they ask me for the password and I don't have it since I ahve created the account using gmail, when I tried to reset password I had this message : Password recovery error Upwork could not locate the information needed to recover your password.
Someone please have a solution I really need to access my account.

When I try to login with my company email I got this error. And its a dead end because you cant activate it if you cannot login.
