I'm gonna get locked out at this point.

Upwork doesn't recognize my device location.

 

A lot of us apparently experienced this. I've reached out via chat. That was useless. I can't find ANY area to put in a request. I go to the request page and it's blank so I'm here... 

 

The problem:

Upwork doesn't recognize my location even though I've been using the same device in the exact same location AND even though I've already ticked the "Remember my location" checkbox. Every time I log in, I go through the security question. And it's been around 2 weeks now, I believe it started in Aug 17.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In general, we encourage users to set up two-step verification in their Account Settings to protect their account at log-in.
