Good morning, my name is Iuliia. I am new to Upwork, which is such a great platform for freelancers.

By the way, I am sitting here losing my mind, actually. There is a problem with my verification. I am from one country and have been living in Australia for 2 years. I have a spouse visa, so I can work here. I created a profile with my current location.

To verify my identity, I provided my passport ID from the country where I was born. I also provided Australian documents (a bank statement, my visa, a payslip, etc.). However, I still cannot be verified for some reason.

I don't have a local (Australian) passport or driver's license with my photo. Still, all my Australian documents are based on my legal ID passport from my country.

I don't really understand what to do and how to verify my identity on Upwork if I don't have an Australian driver's license and passport. Writing here, I just hope that someone can help me sort out this problem.
