Is it ok to share my portfolio website links that showcase my work?

Hi, A week ago I got a popup from Upwork saying to stay on the platform, etc. 

I don't know if this is because of Zoom meeting links or if I have been using my website links in proposals etc.

I often use Loom for communication or video proposals as well, is Upwork okay with meeting or portfolio websites?

I would love some clarification on this, thanks!

Yes, it is okay to share your website portfolio links and it is also okay to share or receive Zoom call links on Upwork. Just you shouldn't take clients to external sites for example Fiverr.
