Want to give refund to a client but insufficient funds

Hi, 

I want to give a refund to a client, but I don't have the full amount in my account to give a refund. What should I do now? How can I add funds to my account to give the refund?

Add payment method (Paypal, CC, etc) then refund from.

Unfortunately, Paypal is not available in Pakistan, athough I have my debit card attached and it's not showing me to send funds to the balance.

Added funds to my Debit card which is associated with Upwork, But it still says unsufficient balance. (the amount in my upwork balance is not equivalent to the amount needed to be refund).

P.S: I added funds to my debit card, but its not deducting the amount from my card.

That's a nice step. Just complete a job (when you get one) and explain the scenario to the client if necessary. As per your explanation, it seems Upwork won't deduct the amount from your attached payment method to be refunded to the client.
