Issue with my account to receive fixed price jobs

A client is interviewing me and he agreed to hire me but he said he is facing an error when he tries to make an offer. He said he contacted Upwork and they said it's because my acount is no verified but I verified my identity recently.Please I need help ASAP

He told me he contacted you and and get he got a response that he can't make an offer because my account is not verified. Please can you fix it  I am just starting to get a job and this happens
