My TIN (W-8) Showing Completed Still Not Able to Change My Location

I have successfully submitted my TIN and it's showing green "completed" button. But, when I'm trying to change my location from India to the US it's showing update your TIN first. 
Please suggest how can I fix it?

Hi Pooja,

Thank you for reaching out to us and reporting this. However, I see that when you completed your Tax Information, under the Taxpayer identification section, you chose the "I'm a non-U.S person" option. If you're a U.S. taxpayer, you must select "I'm a U.S. person" and complete your tax information accordingly. Please see this screenshot for your reference.
