My profile not visible

I had my account closed over a year ago and have reopened it few days ago. Profile is set to be visible and public but I still can not find my self when browsing Talents. My account is 100% job success and all should be in great shape but looks like it is hidden or something is not as it should. Can someone help and let me know is my profile findable via Talent search and fully online and visible?
