Not being able to send proposals.

So yesterday my account was suspended due to unknown reasons to which I generated a ticket and Upwork reached out saying that they have fully restored my account suspension. But now when I try to submit a proposal it says that I cannot submit because my account is suspended while my account doesn't say anywhere that it's suspended.

Kindly assist me in this matter. It'll be really helpful.
