Please help!! my account is suspended.

I had an account and just grabbed one project after soo many efforts and then for verification purpose I mistakenly uploaded tax id which was issued by government. So, they should have said that you must not submit this ID as upwork don't consider that for verification. But, they directly suspended my account permanently, with mail that the image is altered, I submitted the same document as issued by Government of India.

I am unable to see messages now. The client who selected me must be very upset. Atleast they should have given me a time to complete that work. Anyways, now please someone look into this matter. That account is very important for me. I am requesting, Please.
