Profile Picture

So I am ne to upwork and recieved an email stating a new profile picture is needed. I took a new picture and uploaded it but it will not update. I have cleared my cache, used a different browser, used a different device, etc..... but it will not update. I tried the "help center" but keep getting a **Edited for Community Guidelines**auto reply to do exactly what I have already done. Yes, I know how to update the picture, it just will not update
