Profile name does not match

Good afternoon! I can't withdraw money from upwork! Writes the name does not match.
I changed my profile name, maybe I need to go through verification? Send passport details?
This question has already been asked, it has not been resolved!
I ask for help, I am from Ukraine, and I really need to withdraw the money earned!!
