Unresponsive customer support

Hello, I requested a payment on 29/7 to my local bank which was processed on the same day yet I didn't receive any funds on my bank account, I tried to contact customer support 3 times and I got zero response till now, also I went to my bank but they needed the transaction id which I don't have , can any body please help?
