Upwork Active User Bug

The Upwork website has difficulty remembering which user is active, freelancer, agency, or client. I have run into this a few times, so I finally got motivated to post.  I had my agency account active. I clicked accept proposal and got switch to freelancer active. The proposal was submitted as agency. As a workaround (which I learned the first time this happened), I delete my Upwork cookies and login again.
