Verification email not received

Hi dear,

I didn't receive any verification email even after re-sending it so many times
Can you please help me with this ?

Please help me sir. I'm having the same issue. I tried to change my profile email from my personal email to my business email but would never recieve the verification email. I then deleted the profile and tried to set up a profile using my business email from the get go. Still not receiving the verification email. I have checked spam and every other folder in my Gsuite business email account and still nothing. Please help. 😞

I am having the same problem. I have checked several times that the email is correct. I also checked my spam folder. There is nothing. I want to get started soon.

Hello, 

 

I have the same problem, I think I installed the 2-step authentication method, I did not get the QR to activate it to my mobile, when I try to log in to my emial the email is lost as the agency I worked for not paying it anymore and I can not get to the inbox. 

 

now I want to update my setting and install my old personal email again, I also re-install my Lap top windows, I was familiar with the security question but now it is asking for 6-digits which I do not have. 

 

Please check as I can not log in to my account or update the setting from anywhere

Hi Gargi,

 

We checked and the confirmation email was sent to your email successfully. Make sure you've entered the email address correctly and lastly use the option to change the email address you provided if you are still having issues. Afterwards, please resend the email one more time, check your inbox and spam folder, check the settings for your email provider and make sure emails from Upwork aren't being blocked.
