API Key request never answered

Hello there,

I'm a freelancer trying to improve my job capacity and I've requested an API key 2 weeks ago through https://www.upwork.com/services/api/apply, I received a message saying that it would take 4 to 3 business days, but I haven't received any news about this request, I'd like to know if my request was accepted or not, because it's really important to me use this tool to improve my performance.

Any help that you can provide will be highly appreciated.
