Quite an interesting story happened to me. I am sure that for whom it is necessary - it will definitely reach.

Before starting work, we discussed all the conditions with the contractor, and after that we started the contract. During which it suddenly became clear that the person was engaged in subcontracting, about which, of course, he did not consider it necessary to even warn me in advance. The work was stopped due to poor quality, but the key was that I relied on the portfolio of one person, and the result was from a completely different one.

And it seems that this is a violation of the rules, subsequent disputes should be resolved at the snap of your fingers. However, the dispute specialist answers this very simply - passively or simply ignores my facts about the violation of the Upwork rules. In fact, he wants to outsource work to AAA faster so that deadlines can be closed faster ...

In fact, he offers to leave the fraudster alone with the client, although Upwork is the service that has been successfully fighting against the manifestation of any illegal actions on both sides for a long time, therefore, I do not understand what is happening right now.

Summing up, I will only say the following. All my words have been confirmed by Upwork support. Moreover, judging by their responsiveness and activity, I can directly state that their competence from all points of view is much higher than that of those people who simply ignore you for normal questions, and then declare the incompetence of other specialists from Upwork.
