Does anyone else see the same, or I am somewhat of a special target lol
Literally, 9 out of 10 crypto invites for an interview are:
* from someone who joined recently
* have no previous feedback
* have some sort of boilerplate job for "web3 specialist"
* have payment verified (to add some credibility)
* sends me a pdf with a form where I should fill in my crypto wallet or zip with their "not working" code
I used to report them all, but I wonder why Upwork is letting them thrive on the platform. The patterns are super clear and this must be addressed before people lose more money.

Absolutely agree! I stopped counting these kinds of offers.
It's alarming how prevalent these questionable crypto and web3 job offers have become. The patterns you've pointed out are consistent with my experiences too. It's crucial for platforms like Upwork to address this issue promptly to protect both freelancers and clients. The credibility and integrity of the platform are at stake. Let's hope they take more stringent measures to curb these scams and maintain a trustworthy environment.

Same experience here, I just lost my wallet, and NFT, and guess what one of these scammers even reported me and my upwork account was suspended for a couple days. Upwork is not just worth it
