Can't upgrade my account to Agency+

Hi, 

I reactivated my account last week. I am trying to upgrade my Agency account to Agency+ ,

When I submit the request I get the message

"The request could not be completed. Please try again. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support."

I received now the below mail but the problem still persists

Your account has been resumed, and all freelancers in The Elephant Tech were notified that they can resume working.
