First use your real name.  Second attach a real photo of yourself.

It is also a fact that Freelancers who present themselves like you don't make any money on the platform.

1. Change profile name to original name

2. Change the picture to your original image, not some logo, etc

3. Upload more samples in the portfolio. your profile states 20 years of experience if you really have that much experience you would have plenty of recent work to upload to your portfolio.

4. Lessen your hourly rate a little at the start. Search about profile optimization and work on your profile.

1. List your skills for the type of work you are qualified for and passionate about. 
2. Your 1st 2 sentences must capture the clients attention to read on.
3. Google your line of work to acquire wording for SEO key word search your clients will do to find you.
4. Watch the videos offered on Upwork to design a fantastic profile and cover letters.
5. Be sure to add and craft your past work samples and experience.

3. Look in the job searches find key words that your potential clients list in their job requirement section

Hello Favour,

Perhaps Favour you might have to write easier direct  sentences. Most of the clients use Algorythms to discover freelancers with SEO key word search options. Are you sure you have done the correct things step by step -reviewed with Upwork representatives in the threads such as 'Hugo' in the 'Welcome to Upwork thread?'

If your profile is set at 'Private' - this means you have not paid Upwork the connects to be 'active' and live to be searching for a job (project). Good Luck.

I'm finding it hard to get views on my profile. I've implemented quite a number of suggestions, such as; turning on the availability badge, suggestions from Upwork academy, sending job proposals while following suggestions from Upwork academy on creating proposals that win works (very informative).

I've been really patient, but I've seen little to no progress. Are there other suggestions I can implement or corrections I can make? I believe if my profile is been viewed enough, I'll eventually start getting steady jobs.
