Feedback is not showing on my profile

One of my job feedback and rating is not visible on my profile but I have checked the contract detail page the client did provide the rating and feedback.

Contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. Contracts not meeting this minimum are hidden from your profile and excluded from your work and feedback history.

Hello Joanne, thank you for replying to me. I actually shifted the topic to support where I explained this in detail. But to summarize, it has already been a week since the job was completed and payment has been available too(which is around 15$), Feedback was given on both sides too, but it has yet to show up on my work history, the earnings were updated but not the work history, can you please check on it.

I would like to mention that recently, I had to Close & End the Project Contract, which was totally ignored with irresponsibility by the Client. But, still I had even given feedback to this Client.

Now, I would like to know, why my feedback given to this Client is not getting visible, even after 14 days, whenever I visit my Profile & Click in that particular respective Project Contract. But, whereas my other feedbacks given to other Clients are getting visible, whenever I Click onto those other respective Project Contracts.

Kindly support & let me know the Issue.

Project is completed for more than 48 hours and client have given the feedback too but it's not appearing.

As discussed on this thread's solution, contracts take about 24 hours to appear on your profile after your client pays at least $1.00. However, I generated your profile manually, so you should now see the client's feedback on your profile's work history.

I have the same problem of feedback not showing on my profile page. The contract was ended few weeks ago and we both, mutually wrote feedback (me and my client) and I have the job already listed on my profile but not with the client's feedback.
