ID Verification Taking Too Long

Hello,

 

I've submitted my ID for verification a while ago, but it is still showing the "We're reviewing your documents and will get back to you within 1 business day." note. How long does this usually take?

 

Would appreciate your urgent support with this process as we need to hire freelancers.

My Identity Verification is pending from long time and it has been stuck at this. please i need help.

Kindly consider submitting another alternate valid government-issued ID. I'm facing a problem with verifying my account with id card and visual

 

It's took 4 days now, but there are information in the verification page thats tells the verification with id takes from 1-3 business day, and 1 business day with visual verification.

 

I want to add something also that there are no option for id card in Egypt, but i saw a reply from moderator that tells its okay to add the local id card so you have a team for that.

 

What should i do now?!!

I have been communicating with the team and I haven't received a response from them at all.

I have complained that I need this just because it's an urgent job I need freelancers to complete

I am new to upwork and did my ID verification but it is taking so long and it does not say how much time will it take to review my ID are there any changes I should do

You'll need to complete all the steps to verify your ID. After you comply with the requirements, our verification team will review them and if in case they need further information, they will reach out to you directly via a support ticket.

Hello, I am having the same issue.
It's already been 4 days and I can't apply to any job because of it.
Note that is I  submitted an different ID from the country I live in as I am a member of the European union but I don't think it would be a problem or at least  I was hoping to quickly having someone asking for more documents.
Can anyone assist with my verification?

I don't really understand why it was rejected as it was a picture taken directly from the app.

Can I have a ticket or talked to the customer service to resolve this problem?
I think they don't like that my ID is not from France ( where I currently live) sadly I don't have ( and don't need one as a european citizen) to be here.

Hi! So I changed my address and now I need to verify my identity? Or verify my address?
The page is confusing so can you please help me figure this out?

I need to be able to bid on projects and I cannot because of this.
