I had given a selfie for verification more than a month ago. It still has not been verified and I cannot make proposals due to my account not being verified.
I would like if there was some sort of customer support available in this situation

I think yes. You must have correct photo within rules.
But you need to ping support then to initiate re-verify.

I dont exactly know how to ping them, I guess I just will have to wait till a moderator sees this
