TAX ID for Croatia - Freelancer

Hello, I have been trying to get my tax number verified for more than a few times now for my freelancer account and it gets rejected every time. All the company information I have provided is correct, your chatbots are just keeping me in the infinite loop without any solution to the problem. Please adress this issue urgently!

My accountant told me that I need to put HR in front of my 11-digit VAT ID number but your form supports only numeric input. I have provided only the numeric VAT ID and it won't get approved.
