Hello, today, I am trying to add paypal as an additional payment method.
My full name on paypal account is Cong Dinh, which is the same on upwork account.
But upwork says:
Payment method verification in progress
But I noticed that the verified name on contracts and invoices is Ding Cong. Is this the reason?
If so, this should not be a big deal!
Can you help me add paypal quickly?

hey, i just got this problem for my first client when i want withdrawn the money.
"The beneficiary name is mismatched."
so, my original name is "Anantiyo Ramadhan Yusnur" it's written on all of my bank account and i found out that my name in Upwork Ceterficate of Earning doesn't have space beetwen "Anantiyo" and "Ramadhan". so it says "Anantiyoramadhan yusnur" is this the cause my problem? and how do i fix it?

Hi Anantiyo R,
Go to profile settings> Contact Info > Account. You can edit your name here same as your banking name. It will take 24 hours to reflect.

Hello,
I have a weird problem. My name on Certificate of Earnings has turkish specific characters. However when I fill withdrawal payment info, I cannot use turkish specific characters such as 'ş' or 'ı'. Therefore, my withdrawal option automatically put on hold by Upwork and I cannot find a way to fix it. Can you help me on this?

Then I noticed that the verified name on my certificate of earnings is Charlenmaine Par - shouldn't have an "n" in between e and m.
Can you let me know how should I correct this?

This transliteration practice is common, and I have never faced issues with my bank confirming my identity.
However, Upwork keeps declining my requests to connect my bank account due to a supposed mismatch between the name on my passport (Cyrillic), my Upwork profile (Latin), and my bank account (Latin). I have submitted my verification form a couple of days ago and it went smoothly. But now I tried to ad my bank to through my money and it came up that my name was wrong.
So I checked my earrings Report and saw that in verification they took my middle name as my last name and so my bank account name and my verification name don't match!!
Now I can't up my bank account because a failure in verification that i have no control over! And I can't submitted it again!
Moderator said that a ticked is opend for me but i cant see it in my open tickets ans its been already 3 days and no one has reached out to me..!?
I have no clue what to do anymore I tried everything but it's impossible to reach any real human in customer support and the chat bot is useless...
Can anyone help me please??
