Unable to close Agency "Close all open proposals associated with the company" but I don't have any

I'm trying to close the Agency related to my profile and I keep getting the message:

• Close all open proposals associated with the company

I have read the help related to the issue and I'm sure there are no proposals at all. I'm the only member as well.

Hi John,

Just to clarify, your own agency was closed. Since you`re a member of another agency our team can't close it. However, you can leave the agency at any time:

To leave an agency:

1. Go to Settings › My Teams
2. Select Leave Team from the Actions list.

Any feedback for jobs completed under the closed Agency will still show in your work history on your freelancer profile.
