Why Payoneer is not available as a withdrawal method

I created a new Payoneer account and want to add it as a priority withdrawal method. But in the list of withdrawal methods I see only:

- PayPal
- Local bank
- USA Bank
Why is Payoneer not available for withdrawal?

I used to withdraw to Payoneer without any problems and my old account is still listed as priority. I just want to change it to a new one.

I have attached a screenshot of the methods I see. My country is Tajikistan and is not under sanctions.

Hi Anna,

I see that you have already added Payoneer payment details to your Upwork profile. The availability of payment methods varies by country. Your available options will display when you add a payment method. You can select payment methods only from the available options on your Upwork account.
