Work History & agency rooster not showing up

Hi, I am running an agency on Upwork. 

We have recently secured a contract for one of our Freelancers  **Edited for Community Guidelines**. We have added 11 hours but we have the work history is not properly showing up. In screenshot 1 you can see that the work history is not showing however hours and earnings are being calculated. Screenshot 2 shows the work history of another freelancer in our agency but it is not on the agency's work history. Screenshot 3 shows an agency profile without a work history. Screenshot 4 shows that all freelancers are not showing up on the public profile of the Agency.

I have tried troubleshooting after this ticket but it did not help. Work History not showing.

Please help me get all of this resolved. Lastly how can I reopen or respond to an answer I get in support?
