I usually make mine as simple and short as possible. What I can adviceis the format im using when submitting proposal.

• Greet the client
• Get a brief description of the skill related to the job offer you are applying for.

• You can add your recent experience and it would be better if you can attach a file as well
• Tell them how you can help them with the job.
