Getting this error:

I had uploaded the driver's id once but it said verification failed.
I need help on this.
Please help me resolve the issue.

Hi Maryam,
If the person has a legal permit or a type of visa needed to legally work in the U.S., they can register and work on Upwork as a freelancer. To be able to verify your location and submit proposals to those jobs with US location requirement, you will need either of the following - a driver’s license, state ID card, US passport, Green Card. People located in the U.S. will need to complete their W-9 form in their Settings in order to access their earnings. We do suggest talking to a legal adviser about completing W-9 form and the information/documents necessary for it. Unfortunately, we won't be able to legally advise about it.

I have the EAD (Employment authorization card) from USCIS and the SSN as well. But the verification page shows no option to verify with EAD at the moment. Is there any way to proceed with the verification process using EAD?

Hi DONGGI,
In order to verify their location, a freelancer needs to provide a state ID, driver's license, U.S. passport or greencard. Unfortunately, it's not possible to verify location without one of those documents but you can still have access to all the jobs in the marketplace that don't have U.S.-only requirement.

I've uploaded dozens of different photos of my driver's license, being sure to upload clear 300dpi image that fit all the criteria. I started with my phone and when that didn't work I switched to my Fujifilm AX5 and still no luck.
I'm pretty sure at this point it has something to do with the Michigan driver's license. Either way, can I request a manual review?

I was prompted to verify my identity while looking for a job and can't for the life of me find a link on where to even submit this. I've looked through pages upon pages from the "help" section and can't find a place to accomplish this. It should not be this hard, it's pretty absurd. Can someone direct me to a link on where to submit verification for identity?
Also, according to the prompt I had too many failed attempts but I have never even submitted before, so I'm a bit confused about that.

I have my current Identification card expired and i can not renew it online. I don't have an US passport and i have valid H4 EAD to work with in USA. I am not unable to confirm the identification as it is expired and i don't have a DL. Could you please help me in this regards to verify my identification for applying for the jobs.

Hello, My name is Dominic Keeton.
I am trying to verify my account with my state-issued ID.
I recently renew my license online and was issued a camera card document(document to take another picture for card) and a valid issue date (04/10/20) and expiration date (02/14/24). My problem is with this pandemic situation, all of the Driver Licensing centers are closed until further notice. I won't be able to get a new driver's license card until then. My license is still valid but i only have the expired card . are there any alternatives to verifying my account? I can take a photo of all the necessary documents I have now. Thank you for your help
