When a ticket is created, you can view it from your Upwork account, and likewise, an email is sent to the email address you have on file. If you are unable to check the ticket, please check your email. If it's not in your inbox, kindly try checking your spam folder. Thank you.

hi Andrea, can you please share steps to 'reach out support team directly'? i dont see any phone number or article with steps. When used the chat functionality from Contact Support page, the chatbot responds (not exacty quote unquote)- please go to community page OR go to Contact Support page - which i had already tried. Please fix your chatbot as well. Or gove some contact number to talk to someone directly

I just added a Client profile to post a job, but can't verify my phone number. I am already registered as a freelancer and have an agency too, all of these 3 profiles (freelancer, agency, client) are combined under the same account.
I removed the said number from my agency profile, but the issue remains. I have no other number, and it's making my life difficult. Why can't Upwork link all accounts under the same profile?
1. Is it not allowed to have the same number as a freelancer and a client?
2. If you know any solutions, please let me know.
