Is there a way to connect with a human being and show the driver license in a video chat?

 

Or maybe the human can look at the photo that I uploaded.

 

Or maybe there is another solution?

I have tried uploading my driver's license photo several times and it keeps saying my name doesn't match. I've taken several photos, each very clear. I don't know what else to do.

I have tried multiple times to upload my license for US location verification.  Each time, I can load it but get an error stating the verifcation process failed and to try again later.  Is there a customer support ticket I can open to get this resolved?
