I am locked out of verifying my card as I had 3 failed attempts. I am unable to contact support because there is no support number nor is there an option to have support contact you. How can I verify my card without contacting support once I am locked out because it doesnt seem like support wants to be contacted for this issue.

Just to clarify, are you referring to the payments from December 2020? If yes, I would like to clarify that your account was charged only once. However, you have two invoices, one for funding the funds in Escrow and another one for releasing the funds to the freelancers.

Our card verification failed. I'm not able to "reverify" inside my account. I can provide the amounts on our statement, they are as follows:
06/27: $2.59
06/27: $7.41
We were reimbursed on 07/04.
Attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as my contractor is waiting to get paid. 🙂

I checked and it looks like the verification charges have already been made on our end. You can try contacting your bank directly to see if they've already showing on your account.
